Company’s Vision

Company’s vision has been to inspire and lead the apparel industry through integrity, innovation, collaboration and operational excellence. The company has it’s own beading and tailoring factories and has employee strength of approximately 300 people.

We at Shaj Exports maintain integrity in our dealings with all our stakeholders and thus have a non-hierarchical team structures. Merchandisers independently manage clients in conjunction with the other team mates to create a great place to work, where employees give their best and have fun doing it, helping us create a platform for them to meet their career aspirations.

The Team

The merchandising team has a unique mix of experience and youth. The merchandisers proactively communicate and coordinate with clients to ensure a smooth flow of orders. Shaj has a talented creative team that handles urgent embroidery developments and creates inspirational swatches. Experienced artists and a well- trained quality control department are an integral part of the Shaj team. An in-house beading factory with skilled beaders and an experienced tailoring unit completes team Shaj Exports.

Social Responsibility and Environmental Awareness

We are conscious of the environmental impact of our activities, including doing our bit for the communities in which we operate. We try and maintain ecological balance in our workshops by using sustainable techniques in the form of resource preservation, and re-utilization of the wastes. Speaking of natural conservation one cannot forget the humanitarian grounds. Shaj has structured the Shaj Foundation which looks after the well-being and needs of it’s employees in the hour of their requirement.
